This session will discuss strategies that are easy to implement and  incorporate into your classroom to transform it into a mindful space. As a certified yoga teacher, I will discuss yoga, meditation, and breathing techniques that teachers can easily do with their students to reduce stress, bring relaxation, and peacefulness to the classroom. Surefire brain breaks that will reduce test-taking anxiety and increase motivation in the classroom. These techniques will help teachers build mindfulness and reduce stress.
