This session will discuss strategies that are easy to implement and  incorporate into your classroom to transform it into a mindful space. As a certified yoga teacher, I will discuss yoga, meditation, and breathing techniques that teachers can easily do with their students to reduce stress, bring relaxation, and peacefulness to the classroom.
